Shape D is the one we booked — Courtyard Tokyo Station ×3, KARAKU ×1, St. Regis Osaka ×4. The other shapes stay here for the record; the planner now starts from D, and the job is filling the days.
For each night, pick where we sleep. Then tap a picture to read what it is and put it on the day — the tiles show what's reachable from that bed, with day trips tucked under their own heading. The meter tells you when a day is getting greedy.
The named shapes against whatever is in the planner right now. Lodging uses the assumptions in the summary panel. D is booked; the rest is history.
Mark where we're leaning; leave a note for the other one. Saved on this device and carried in the share link.
Prices are September 2026 lookups of spring-season rates, not quotes. April 2027 inventory isn't loaded yet; when it is, edit the assumptions in the summary panel and the whole page recalculates. Points at the St. Regis return about 1¢ each; at an upper-mid Tokyo hotel about 0.7¢, so the default keeps points in Osaka.
Travel times are typical: Osaka→Kyoto 15 min by Shinkansen or ~45 to Gion; Osaka→Nara ~45 min; Osaka→Ise ~1h45 on the Kintetsu; Kyoto→Ise 2h+; Odawara→Kyoto ~2h. Nachi Falls is ~4h each way from Osaka and is flagged accordingly. The 5pm Narita flight needs a Shinkansen out of Osaka by about 9am.
